About shipping costs
We will process your order as quickly as possible and send it with DHL. You can enter your delivery address when ordering. If your order is received before 2:00 p.m. (German time), it will be shipped the same day.
You can see the availability of our products on the page of the respective product. If we find after receiving your order that the product you ordered is no longer in stock, we will contact you by email and, if desired, offer you an alternative or cancel the order.
Germany:
- For deliveries within Germany, shipping costs of up to 3.95€ are waived for orders over 39€.
Europe:
- Within Europe, shipping costs are waived for purchases over 79€. Otherwise, shipping costs of 3.95€ apply.
About returns
You have 30 days from the date you have taken possession of the goods to cancel your order. You can find further information in our cancellation policy.
Contact us by email info@ivality.de and we will send you a return label.
We ask you to pack the products securely so that no damage can occur during shipping.
